1 – 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies medium (or Rotel tomatoes)
1 – 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
4 – 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 – 14 ounce can ranch style beans
1 – 14 ounce can pinto beans drained
2 – 14 ounce can red beans drained
1 (1 ¼ ounce package McCormick chili seasoning)
2 cups water or more to desired thickness
2 lbs. diet lean ground beef – browned
Directions: Put in crock pot cook on hi 4 hours, low 6-8 hours – Freezes great – I don’t know for sure if this is the original Wendys chili recipe but it sure tastes like it – This is my families best ever chili recipe – perfect for a cold winters day – serve with crackers and grated cheddar
1 Tbsp. Beef Rub Seasoning or combine (1-1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 3/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder, 1/3 tsp. thyme leaves, 1 tsp. basil leaves)
1-1/2 lb. diet lean hamburger plus 1 tsp. sea salt
Directions: In a large fry pan brown hamburger and drain if needed, while cooking hamburger add all other ingredients to a large soup pot, bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes, stir in hamburger as soon as browned and finish simmering with vegetables.
Cabbage and Potato Soup: add 1 large cubed potato, 2 large carrots, 1 can of corn and juice, 1 extra teaspoon of seasoning, and less cabbage, add potatoes last 6 minutes of boiling time.

1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1 can tomato soup
1 can corn drained
2 cans white beans drained
2 cans red beans drained
2 cups water (after cooked you may add more for thinner soup)
1 – 15 oz. Can diced tomatoes
1 – 6oz. Can olives drained, and sliced
1 lb. Lean hamburger browned and drained (delicious with chicken to)
1 large onion chopped Directions: Place all ingredients in crock pot high 4 hours, low 8 hours
Serve with sour cream, cheese and Fritos
It is winter in many parts of the country – What tastes better than a bowl of hot soup! One of our families favorites is White Chicken Chili – Won’t You share your favorite!
2 chicken breasts – skinless – boneless – can be frozen
l l/2 c. fully cooked ham chunks
1 medium chopped onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 4oz. can chopped green chilies – un-drained
3 ½ cups water
2 large carrots grated
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cans drained Northern white beans
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper – optional
l/4 tsp oregano
l/2 tsp. Season all Salt
l tsp. ground cumin Directions: Place all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low 5 -6 hrs, high 3 hrs.
Or simmer for 1 hour in heavy soup pot. Cut up chicken and serve.
Serve topped with sour cream, grated cheese, and Fritos
