How to make Tacos – Yum
2 lbs. of Your favorite Meat – Cooked: hamburger, chicken, shredded beef or pork – may be seasoned with taco or chicken seasoning mix if desired
1 pkg. of 12 (uncooked) flour tortilla shells
2 large fresh tomatoes chopped
2 large avocados chopped
1 large fresh cucumbers chopped
1 can of black olives drained and sliced
1 head of leaf lettuce washed and torn
4 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese
Sauce: Mix 1 c. medium thick chunky salsa with 1 c. sour cream (or mayonnaise works great to)
Directions: Cook shells according to directions, pile on toppings
