2 c. real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. chopped green onion
2/3 c. small pieces cheddar cheese
1 can black olives drained and sliced
1/3 c. finely diced celery stalk
1/3 c. baby dill pickles chopped
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 lb. cooked salad shrimp
1 tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper
1 – 12 oz. pkg. shell macaroni boiled in water and 1 tsp. salt, drain in colander and run cold water over, drain well – Directions: Mix all salad ingredients together, chill at least 2 hours and serve – Spring and Salads just go together!
8 cups bite site broccoli heads
1 lb. Bacon, fried crisp, drained, and broken in small pieces
l/4 cup red onion finely chopped
l/2 c roasted salted sunflower seeds
2 cups sweet red grapes cut in half Dressing:
1/3 c sugar, 3 T. vinegar, 1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Mix dressing, and toss in rest of ingredients, refrigerate overnight or 2 hrs. for best flavor. Hint: Even Delicious without Bacon

1 – 8 ¼ oz. Can crushed pineapple un-drained
1 – 8 oz. Light or regular cream cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. red grapes cut in half
½ c. finely chopped celery
½ c. green onion chopped fine
¼ c. slivered, toasted almonds, add just before serving
¼ tsp. salt and dash of pepper Directions: Combine cream cheese, pineapple and juice with a fork till blended. Mix in the rest of ingredients, except almonds. Chill filling, then fill hollowed out tomatoes, cream puffs or croissants and sprinkle almonds on top of filling, then serve
